Precise Engineering and Construction

The Antonics-ICP works with modern 3D-CAD (computer-aided design) and RF-simulation tools. It provides internal 3D data as a step-file for customer applications both internally to the customer and externally. With the innovative Antonics ICP antenna structures, extremely flat antenna design is achieved and, in comparison to a very low counterbalance, above-average high bandwidths are achieved too. A very high antenna efficiency is won by exclusively metallic antenna exciter structures.

In principle all metallic milling and turning parts are manufactured in approx. 85% internally on highly modern robotics, turning and milling machines. Both assembly, final assembly and 100% testing are carried out at the Antenna Development and Production Center in Berlin / Brandenburg. As a result, we can guarantee consistent delivery dates for small series as well as large projects and are not dependent on the production capacities of corresponding suppliers.
